Firstcry ADBees is powered by Artificial Intelligence, is a self-serve advertisement tool. It enables a brand to target the desired cohort of users basis behaviours and choose placements on the FirstCry App and M-Site. Brands can create, manage and track their campaign independently.

The Targeting options include Past User Behaviour and attributes. A brand can either do manual targeting of their choice or choose to create One-Click Smart Shopping Campaigns where the system learns and targets placements and behaviours where there is likely to be a click by a User.

There are two types of inventory - Sponsored Product Display ads(PDAs) and Sponsored Product Listings ads(PLAs) are available through Firstcry ADBees. PDAs help you create awareness and PLAs help you drive performance. PDAs are CPM based and PLAs are CPC based.

Currently system supports Images and GIFs. Videos are not supported currently.

Pay for your campaign through NEFT directly onto our bank account, mail the transfer details to adbees.pay@firstcry.com with entity name, UTR details and date of transfer. We will notify you in 24 Business hours of receiving payments and top up your wallet and activate your account. Also submit your Vendor Name and Address, GST certificate, PAN Card and a cancelled cheque for us to verify your account with this email.
The top up facility will not be available on public holidays, Saturday and Sundays. Please top up your wallet well in advance to make it up for holidays and weekends

If you wish to spend ₹ 1000 for your campaign, you need to transfer ₹1180 which includes 18% of GST paid to the government. For TDS, please provide us Form 16(A) for us to refund TDS in your bank account. Your Brand Wallet will show amount excluding 18% of Tax.

Minimum budget requirement is ₹ 20,000 + Taxes to start a campaign on Firstcry ADBees

Right now refund of the marketing amount is not possible.

After sign up, a brand will get a dashboard to create a campaign and also to track its performance in terms of Impressions, Clicks, CTR, MRP Sales and ROI generated

That encourages, glamorizes or depicts excessive consumption of drugs or alcohol. Excessive violence or gore. For example, exposed guts or dismemberment. Exploitation of sensitive events such as natural disasters, human-caused disasters, incidents of mass trauma and/or casualties, or the death of public figures. Full nudity, which Brainbees defines as fully visible intimate body parts: genitals, female breasts (not including breastfeeding), and buttocks. Obscene, controversial, defamatory, libelous, illegal, or invasive of another's privacy.
Political, such as campaigns for or against a politician or a political party, or related to an election, or content related to political issues of public debate. During an election year we prohibit media products about a specific political party, issue, or candidate. Content that revolves around highly debated social topics.
Pornography or explicit sexual content.Foul, vulgar, or obscene language or language containing profanity, including obscured profanity, graphic or suggestive language or double entendres, or scatological references.
Religious advocacy, either advocating or demeaning any religion.Threatening, abusive, intolerant, or harassing, or content that advocates or discriminates against a protected group (whether based on race, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age or any similar or another category)
